Most of the people I help move here aren’t chasing a vacation — they’re after a different pace of life. Mornings on the water. Shorter winters. A walkable downtown and neighbors who wave. Volusia County gives you the coast without the crowds of South Florida, and Orlando’s airport and attractions are about an hour away when you want them.

Relocating from another state comes with questions a national website can’t answer: which neighborhoods flood and which don’t, where the good schools are, what insurance really runs, how close you want to be to the beach versus the highway.
